Prerequisites
The managers of the Slada factory turned to Allcorp3 after the employees of the confectionery shop were regularly absent from the workplace due to illness. Colds, pneumonia and pneumonia plagued all the workers, and the production did not meet its monthly plans. Realizing that the reason lies in air pollution, the representatives of the factory immediately began to design a cleaning system together with Allcorp3.
Stages of work
- Our employees conducted several independent examinations to find out what impurities are in the air and how high the level of pollution is. A competent approach to project creation helps to increase the efficiency of the cleaning system and to choose the right equipment.
- The installation of the system was quite laborious, as it was necessary to comply with certain requirements in order not to disrupt the production process. In 8 days, an insulated air duct system with diffusers appeared under the ceiling, ventilators were placed on the walls, and air supply units were placed in the corners of the room. The air purifiers were placed in three points of the workshop - next to places of high concentration of impurities.
- System testing took 4 days. During this time, the level of air pollution has decreased by 3 times. By the end of the fourth day, we noticed a decrease in the efficiency of the system. It turned out that the filters of the air cleaners were clogged, although they usually last for a month of uninterrupted operation. The filters were replaced, and our specialists instructed the head of the workshop on how to take care of the equipment.

And after a month of work, all employees were at their workplaces - the illnesses receded, and nothing prevented effective work.
