In 2020 Amazon started a witch-hunt and due to imposed restrictions we had to look for a reliable partner. First of all, the limit on the storage of goods was greatly reduced. Secondly, the shipments were simply ceased, probably due to the overload of their own warehouses. The Prep center helped to solve all the problems we were facing! They have their own warehouses, and the packaging is duly executed.

In 2022, almost everyone suffered from a total overload in the prep centers ... It seems like only those who didn't work with Amazon escaped ... Even though we used to manage our work without prep center’s help before, we had to look for one due to that aggravating state of affairs. For now, the problem has been more or less solved, the ROI has returned to the previous level and is slowly growing). I have a hope that we will be able to work together as long as possible, as the situation in the US and the world leaves much to be desired. There are no complaints about the company, the prep is more than reliable.

Our company stores standard and oversize goods in warehouses on the East Coast.
We choose them for perfect logistics, fast delivery to FBA and complete absence of complaints from Amazon. The percentage of breakage is minimal, and that’s especially pleasing!

I recommend Prep Center, where everything runs like clockwork! Failures in logistics remained in nightmares, which became unacceptably frequent due to the total control of Amazon in the direction of freight transportation in California. A reliable prep center that guarantees you to get rid of problems! The goods quickly arrive at FBA warehouses and are sent to customers afterwards. They pack the items according to Amazon rules and there have never been any refunds.
Moreover, there are warehouses on the East Coast of the states, that is especially convenient for us!

I had to rely on Amazon for the preparation of the goods for further shipping process for a long time before... However, everything was done OK, the process was quite long. Now I am able to give only part of the batch to Amazon and while Amazon prepares the items to be sent, the goods delivered through the prep center are successfully sold)

I sell oversized items with their help. On account of not being the easiest product, it is quite difficult to find a warehouse on adequate terms. Due to new rules storing it on Amazon stops to be an option... Well, suppose, it doesn't make sense to explain how important debugged logistics are when working with oversize.
Otherwise, you have to deal with delay, disruption of deadlines, expenses, losses and other types of abomination, which you'd have to resolve instead of the cultivation of ROI.
